However, withdrawing your consent requires you to discontinue using your account and this website. Your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer be eligible to order products or services. Deactivation does not affect your responsibility for payments on jobs already completed or in production.

You agree to indemnify All American Printing & Advertising against any claims arising from unauthorized use of materials. Customer Content is stored for up to 30days for reprints.

Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

  • Unlawful, defamatory, or obscene material.

  • Infringing copyrighted or trademarked content.

  • Viruses, malware, or malicious software.

We reserve the right to remove or reject any Customer Content that violates these terms.

DESIGN TOOLS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Any designs created using All American Printing & Advertising's online tools remain our property and may be available for other customers. You are responsible for ensuring that your designs do not infringe on third-party rights.

PRODUCTION TURNAROUND TIME
Standard production times vary by product and do not include shipping time. Estimated delivery is based on production and shipping times. Orders are processed as follows:

  • Same Day: Orders confirmed by 10:00 AM will be ready by end of the day.

  • Next Business Day: Orders confirmed by 10:00 AM will be ready by the following business day.

  • 2-4 Days / 5-7 Days: Completion within the stated range from confirmation.

Rush orders may incur additional fees. Turnaround times begin only when orders are deemed production-ready.

ORDER APPROVAL & PROOFING
All American Printing & Advertising does not proof or review content. Orders are printed as submitted, and you are responsible for verifying accuracy before submission. Proofs are available upon request, and approval is required before production begins.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be canceled before entering production. Once in production, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Fees may apply for cancellations before production begins.

PAYMENT
All prices are in USD. Payments must be made at the time of order via an accepted credit card. If a card is declined, the order may be canceled. For account-based payments, outstanding balances must be settled within five business days.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. All American Printing & Advertising is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Reprints are issued only for defective products due to printing errors by All American Printing & Advertising.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This website and its contents are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. All American Printing & Advertising is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or data.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All American Printing & Advertising from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms, infringement of intellectual property, or misuse of this website.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nevada.

Proofing and Color Accuracy

Proofs

If requested, digital proofs will be provided for customer approval before printing. All American Printing is not responsible for delays caused by customer non-approval of proofs. Proofs must be carefully reviewed for layout, copy, and placement. We do not guarantee color accuracy between digital proofs and the final product due to differences in printing processes.

Color Accuracy

While we strive for the best color accuracy, exact color matches are not guaranteed due to limitations in the printing process. We are not liable for color variations between proofs and final products.


Returns, Refunds, and Reprints

If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 5 business days. Customers may be required to submit digital photos or return the defective product at their own expense. We will investigate the issue and determine appropriate compensation.


Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold All American Printing harmless from any liability arising from the content of your submitted files, including but not limited to intellectual property violations.


Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and All American Printing regarding the use of the Site.
